Where_Do_I_Start
where should i start?

Before starting your virtual Pure Barre experience, here are a few tips to prepare for your first livestream:

-Set-up device so screen is clearly visible from home workout space (standing and on the floor).

-Test device volume so you can easily follow along with instructor cues. 

-Give yourself enough space to stretch out both arms and legs in all directions.

What_should_I_Wear
what should i wear?

One benefit of going virtual is no dress code! However, to get the most out of our workout, we recommend following our in-studio guidelines of comfortable pants, leggings, or capris and a workout tank or t-shirt. You will also want to wear grip socks to retain your body's heat and to prevent your feet from sliding. (you'll thank us later). If you don't have grip socks, no problem! Regular socks will do just fine. 

What_should_I_Bring
what should i bring?

We recommend having a mat, towel, and water bottle ready, along with a positive attitude!  Prior to class your instructor may suggest some additional equipment such as a small ball, light weights, or resistance bands; all of which can be easily substituted out with common items around your home. 

What_Time_Should_I_Login
when should i log-in?

We recommend logging in at least 10 minutes before your class start time to check your wifi signal and confirm your audio and video is working correctly. Instructors will be logged in prior to class which gives you the opportunity to ask questions and interact with other class attendees. Welcome to the Pure Barre family!
