Eligibility
The Contest is open only to individuals who are (i) active members in good standing at participating locations, (ii) legal residents of the United States, and (iii) at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents Pure Barre or its franchisees, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. Pure Barre reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00am eastern time on April 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm eastern time on May 31, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). All qualifying referrals must be completed and verified within the Contest Period to be counted.
How to Enter
Participants may enter the Contest by referring new individuals to Pure Barre using an approved referral method, such as a unique referral code, referral link, or other attribution mechanism designated by Pure Barre. A referral counts as a “Qualifying Referral” only if the referred individual purchases a qualifying membership during the Contest Period and is properly attributed to the referring participant through Pure Barre’s tracking system. No purchase is required to participate in the Contest.
Nature of the Contest; Determination of Winner
This Contest is a contest of skill, and the winner will be determined solely based on the number of verified Qualifying Referrals completed during the Contest Period. The participant with the highest number of Qualifying Referrals will be deemed the potential winner. In the event of a tie, the winner will be the participant whose final Qualifying Referral was recorded earliest in Pure Barre’s system. No element of chance is used in determining the winner.
Prize
The winner will receive an all expense paid trip to Pure Barre’s 25th Anniversary celebration in New York City (the “Prize”). The Prize includes round trip coach airfare, hotel accommodations, event access, and certain meals and ground transportation, as determined by Pure Barre in its sole discretion. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $2,000. Actual value may vary. The Prize is non transferable and may not be substituted except at Pure Barre’s discretion.
Taxes and Responsibilities
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the Prize. Pure Barre may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation reflecting the ARV of the Prize as required by law. The winner may be required to complete and return tax forms or other documentation as a condition of receiving the Prize.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes the winner’s consent for Pure Barre to use their name, likeness, statements, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice.
Privacy and Data Collection
By participating, entrants acknowledge that Pure Barre may collect personal information from both referring participants and referred individuals for purposes of administering the Contest, verifying referrals, and fulfilling the Prize. Referral tracking may involve the use of referral codes, unique links, or other attribution tools. All data collection and use will comply with Pure Barre’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Endorsement Disclosure Requirement:
Participants acknowledge that referral activity may constitute an endorsement under the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides. Participants must clearly and conspicuously disclose that they may receive a benefit or have the opportunity to win a prize as a result of making a referral. The Company may provide sample disclosure language, and participants agree to use such language when sharing referral codes, links, or promotional messages. Failure to provide required disclosures may result in disqualification.
Verification of Referrals
All Qualifying Referrals are subject to verification by Pure Barre. Pure Barre reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the referral process, uses fraudulent methods, or engages in conduct that violates these Official Rules or undermines the integrity of the Contest.
State Specific Requirements
The Contest will be administered in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Pure Barre reserves the right to modify or void the Contest in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited or restricted.
General Conditions
Pure Barre reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. Pure Barre’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Contest are final and binding.
