Pure Barre Referral Race to Rewards

 

 

 

OFFICIAL RULES

 

 

You hereby agree that your entry into the Pure Barre Referral Race to Rewards is subject to these Official Rules (these “Official Rules”). Referral Race to Rewards is void where prohibited by law. The Referral Race to Rewards and your participation therein is subject to all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Referral Race to Rewards is open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are the age of majority or older as of the date of entry. Entrants must be active Pure Barre ClassPoints™ users. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsors' decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Referral Race to Rewards. Earning bonus ClassPoints™ is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsors reserve the right to verify the eligibility of potential bonus ClassPoints™ recipients.

 

2. SPONSORS: Pure Barre LLC and ClassPoints™ (“Sponsors”), with their principal place of business at 17877 Von Karman Avenue, Suite 100, Irvine, California 92614 (“Sponsors' Address”).

 

3. HOW TO ENTER: The Referral Race to Rewards begins on July 30, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on August 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “ Referral Race to Rewards Period”). In order to qualify for and enter the Referral Race to Rewards, during the Referral Race to Rewards Period, you must: (i) Refer 3 friends to the Pure Barre studio in which you are a ClassPoints™ user. (ii) Refer all 3 friends via the Refer A Friend Landing Page by August 31, 2024 11:59pm PT. (iii) Referrals must be first timer leads for the specific studio in which you are a ClassPoints™ user. (iv) All 3 referrals must book and attend a Pure Barre Engage™ Intro Class within the Referral Race to Rewards Period. Upon completion of entry, you will earn 1,000 bonus points on your ClassPoints™ account. Bonus points will be made available in your account no later than September 30, 2024. Additional referrals that attend their first class, outside of your 3 friends, will not count towards additional bonus points in your ClassPoints™ account.

 

You acknowledge and agree that the Referral Race to Rewards and any Pure Barre class or membership will be subject to additional terms and conditions including, without limitation, (i) Pure Barre’s standard membership policies, (ii) any applicable membership agreement(s) and/or waiver(s) for your applicable Pure Barre studio(s), and (iii) Pure Barre’s Terms of Use (which can be found at https://www.purebarre.com/terms) (collectively, the “Pure Barre Terms and Conditions”). By participating in the Referral Race to Rewards, you acknowledge and agree to the Pure Barre Terms and Conditions.

 

Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. Automated or bulk referrals or referrals submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Referrals must be submitted by the entrant. No copies, facsimiles, or mechanical reproductions of any online registration form(s) will be accepted. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. All potential bonus ClassPoints™ recipients are subject to verification before any points will be awarded. Potential bonus ClassPoints™ recipients may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to Sponsor or forfeit the points. Referrals specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to receive bonus points. You must complete and provide all required information to be eligible to enter. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely referrals are void and will be disqualified.

 

4. SELECTION OF BONUS CLASSPOINTS™ RECIPIENT(S): Following completion of the Referral Race to Rewards Period, The potential bonus ClassPoints™ recipients will be notified by email on or about September 4, 2024.

 

ALL POTENTIAL BONUS CLASSPOINTS™ RECIPIENT(S) ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSORS, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE REFERRAL RACE TO REWARDS. AN ENTRANT IS NOT AN ELIGIBLE RECIPIENT OF BONUS CLASSPOINTS™ UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

 

5. PRIZE(S):

 

PRIZE: 1,000 BONUS CLASSPOINTS™

 

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Referral Race to Rewards. Sponsors and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsors. Sponsors’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

 

Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process and/or the legitimate operation of the Referral Race to Rewards; to violate these Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Referral Race to Rewards is not capable of running as planned, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsors may, in its sole discretion, (i) cancel or terminate the Referral Race to Rewards (or any portion thereof); (ii) modify the Referral Race to Rewards or suspend the Referral Race to Rewards to address the impairment and then resume the Referral Race to Rewards in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (iii) award the prize(s) at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.
